In this field, ADS has implemented UNE 66916 (Guidelines for quality management in projects) and UNE 157001 (General criteria for projects elaboration) norms; furthermore, we count on capabilities, assets and tools for proper supervision and control of projects (work packages, activities, tasks, milestones and deliverables), resources, costs, timings,… One example could be the model implemented to develop the AGA project.
