Knowledge is one of the highest corporate values in ADS. Basic training for incoming engineers is performed in-house. For other specializations, a continuous training programme has been developed and implemented.
Thus, every employee is trained from his in-processing in a progressive manner according to his profile and job specifications.
Teaching process is performed by company/invited lecturers, covering subjects such as System Engineering (generalist engineering focused on system life-cycle), Project Management, Knowledge Management (focused on technological surveillance and prospective), among other.
