We fully rely on our workforce capabilities because we recruit the best qualified professionals, and we give them opportunity to put into practice their skills contributing to achieve our projects’ success. Our normal procedures request closeness to customers, demanding high levels of responsibility based on two pillars: technical capacity and high capability to communicate, analyse, learn and adapt to the environment.
ADS has positively evolved from its establishment in April 2004, presenting a significant augmentation of our workforce. This is a clear signal in our trend to reach a solid and flexible work team, able to face our customers’ needs.
Most of our workers, including all members of the Steering Board, are bachelors or equivalent degrees, some of them having wide experience in the aerospace and defence sectors, and some other coming form the automatic and electronic business.
